How we work

We don't know Alan Clayton, but we love his quote stating, "Martin Luther King didn't get up 60 years ago and say: I have a budget and a plan". That's why we developed our futureplan method to create breakthrough strategies. The key ingredients are working together, five solutions instead of one, writing several stories, bringing them back to the one, and developing plans as if we have your job. We always use the left and right sides of our collective brains (including yours), combining analytics, strategy, technology, and creative skills to get the perfect result. 

In our way of working, we don't end up making presentations. We do things and book tangible results. We love to work together with you as one team, living in one cloud, strengthening each other. We are direct, open, knowledgeable, and always looking for the 'can-do' option. The value we love hearing others describe us is 'perseverance.' Essential elements for success are our way of working, our analysts, designers, techies, and strategists, who all share the same belief: we change the world for the better.

Although we think and create a lot, we love practical things like working within a fixed budget and timeframe and taking responsibility. We are very much in favor of shared goals, accountability, and tangible results.
