Dominique Huijnen

Dominique is our HR-person within ftrprf. She believes that the success of an organization comes from the success of their people. Always drawn by the human-side of organizations; Dominique is a real networker, who loves collaborating with different people from different cultures and achieving results together. She has a strong interest in Organizational Culture & Change, People Development and HR Strategy. Dominique has completed a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a master’s degree in Human Resources Studies at Tilburg University and ISCTE Business School Lisbon. During her studies she moved abroad to Lisbon (Portugal) where she fell in love with the country, its vibrant city life and, ofcourse, the weather. In her freetime you can catch her on the padel court, exploring the city, traveling or simply spending quality time with her loved ones. Driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact and contribute to a better world, Dominique enjoys working at ftrprf to make our planet a little more future-proof every day.
